Wydad Draw 1-1 Against Difaâ El Jadidi, Join FAR Rabat and Raja Casablanca at the Top

Wydad AC drew 1-1 against visiting Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi in a match played this Monday evening at Mohammed V Stadium. The game was a postponed fixture from matchday 11 of the Botola Pro Inwi.

Ramiro Vaca successfully opened the scoring for Wydad in the 33rd minute, following a series of attempts and sustained pressure on El Jadidi’s defense.

Despite Wydad’s continuous efforts, Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi managed to get back into the game. They were awarded a penalty, which Moâd Mshtanim converted into an equalizer in the 78th minute, securing a valuable point for the visitors at Wydad’s home ground.

With this result, Wydad AC joins Raja Casablanca and FAR Rabat at the top of the league standings, all with 30 points. Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi, meanwhile, sits in seventh place with 21 points.
