نشرت الجريدة الرسمية قرار السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى، رقم 496 لسنة 2025 بشأن الموافقة على البروتوكول المعدل للاتفاقية المبرمة بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة روسيا الاتحادية بشأن التعاون فى بناء وتشغيل محطة طاقة نووية على أراضى جمهورية مصر العربية، بإضافة منظومة الحماية المادية لنطاق أعمال المقاول العام الروسى، وذلك مع التحفظ بشرط التصديق .
